Facilities
Zazu Guest cottages is situated 10 kilometres from the Kruger National Park Malelane Gate on a farm. The cottages are nestled in a beautiful lush subtropical garden with a great variety of birdlife. The property has electric fencing around and each unit has its own parking area. Enjoy the evenings with a typical African braai fire.
Please note! Although we have not yet had any cases of malaria at our location, precautionary measures are advised, as we are situated in a low risk malaria zone. Prevention is better than cure! .
Laundry can be done on request. Zazu Guest Cottages unfortunately does not have any card facilities, but internet transfers and cash are welcome.
Zazu Chalet
This thatched roof self-catering cottage has a large, open verandah, overlooking the swimming pool and is ideal for a relaxed ambience. It has a big braai area where one can relax and unwind from daily worries.
Zazu cottage consists of :
• One bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan.
• All linen and bath towels are provided.
• A bathroom with a double shower, basin and toilet.
• A fully equipped open plan kitchen with all necessities and small appliances to give you that home away from home feeling.
• The lounge area has a sleeper couch, (allowing the unit to cater for a family of four people) air conditioner & DSTV. (Guesthouse Package)
Timon & Pumba
These cosy bachelor cottages are adjacent to one another and overlook the litchi orchard on Pumba’s side and the garden on Timon’s side. Both units have their own braai area and access to the swimming pool. Pumba and Timon consist of:
• One bedroom with two single beds, a ceiling fan, air conditioner & DSTV (Guesthouse package).
• A bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
• A fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, kettle and mini oven/stove.
• All linen and bath towels are provided.
